What is Healing Together?
Healing Together is our one-of-a-kind annual conference for people living with dissociation and DID, their loved ones, and mental health professionals. It is a psychoeducational weekend-long conference of learning and healing while building community.

This location offers plenty of close and FREE parking, lots of room, and gorgeous outdoor areas for gathering. Escape the winter blues and come to sunny Florida for an amazing weekend of learning, healing, and fun!

Unsure if you can make it. You can request a full refund if you cancel by January 31st.
After Jan 31st until February 11th you can request a 50% refund.
After February 11th, there will be no refunds allowed. You may transfer your fee to another attendee.
Continued Education (CEs) Available
Up to 12 hours of CEs available for an additional $75. To see if our CEs will be accepted in your state, click here.
Scholarships Available
We don’t want financial difficulties to prevent anyone from attending this life changing weekend. We have a limited number of scholarships available. Priority will be given to first time attendees who will also acquire travel costs to attend the conference and those attending with several family members. You can find the application here.
The scholarship window will close December 10th. After that date, all applications will be placed on a waiting list.

Who Should Attend?
People living with dissociative disorders, especially those with DID.
Supporters and loved ones of people living with dissociation and DID.
Mental Health Professionals and students who currently treat dissociative clients or would like to learn more about treating dissociation and DID.
Due to the difficult and sensitive nature of this conference, only people over 18 are permitted to attend.

Airport Information
The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO). We also have the Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) which is a little further away but is the hub for the low cost airline, Allegiant Airways.
Hotel Information
An Infinite Mind has secured discounted room rates of $155 at the Doubletree by Hilton at SeaWorld These rates are available 3 days pre/post conference. Direct booking links will be available soon. You can also make a reservation by calling and asking for the Healing Together Conference rate. Parking and resort fees are waived for all Healing Together attendees! The cut off date for discounted room rates is Jan 25th so please book before then to ensure you will receive a room.
Unsure if you are coming? Reservations are cancellable without penalty 72 hours before the conference. If you encounter any issues with reserving a room at the promised rate, please email Kelly@aninfinitemind.com and we will attempt to correct this immediately.
Onsite Technology
We will be using Whova again this year and the site will open for exploring and connecting about 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference. This year we are adding more tech support to quickly manage any of your concerns throughout the weekend.

Q: Given the political climate in FL, Why still Florida?
As someone who lives in Florida, trust me I understand! And as a board, we recognize there are many factors that go into running a nonprofit including budgetary considerations. For 2024, conference planning began more than a year in advance, leaving us locked into multiple contracts with high penalties if broken, and ultimately would leave us no choice but to cancel the conference for this coming year. We prioritize the needs and necessary support for this community; and now more than ever, we couldn’t fathom not being able to provide this space. Canceling our small conference ultimately does not hurt the state of Florida, but it does hurt the people we serve, and right now, the people who need us most.
We are looking at options in finding a more welcoming state in the future. In the meantime, know Healing Together is an inclusive space where all are welcome. We have a large representation of lgbtqia2s+ folx who attend and thankfully Orlando is part of a county that is progressive, allied and welcoming to the lgbtqia2s+ community. We proudly have several lgbtqia2s+ who serve in our local and state government, including Patty Sheehan, an openly identified gay woman, who runs the district the conference is in. https://www.orlando.gov/Our-Government/Mayor-City-Council/Patty-Sheehan.
However, we also recognize and honor the risk the state poses. Therefore, we have started to compile a list of local lgbtqia2s+ friendly and allied organizations and medical resources should you want/need more information and support.
