Jennifer joined the Board of An Infinite Mind in 2023 and serves as Director of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (DEIJ) and Volunteer -Coordinator. She is committed to cultivating trauma-informed, inclusive spaces where survivors of complex trauma and dissociation are met with dignity, respect, and belonging. Her leadership at AIM includes guiding volunteer engagement, accessibility efforts, policy development, and community standards grounded in justice-centered principles.
Clinically, Jennifer works with children and adolescents using trauma-focused therapeutic models. She also brings lived experience of complex trauma to her advocacy, integrating professional expertise with embodied understanding.
Outside of her work, she is a Disney runner and dragon boat paddler who values resilience, teamwork, and endurance — qualities that shape her leadership.
