  • Supporters and loved ones of people living with dissociation and DID.

  • Mental Health Professionals and students who currently treat dissociative clients or would like to learn more about treating dissociation and DID.

NEW THIS YEAR
Please be aware when booking your travel arrangement, we are starting the conference earlier in the afternoon. You have asked many times to make the conference longer. Since we couldn't add Monday,  we added more to Friday.  This year there we will be welcoming our kick-off keynote, Gabby Sacks, PHD on Friday followed by a full session block before Open Mic Night.  Saturday morning, we will welcome Dr. Mike Llyod as our keynote speaker.

APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP - CLICK HERE

The scholarship window will close December 12th. After that date, all applications will be placed on a waiting list.

Scholarships are funded through private donations with a special thank you to the Greer family in loving memory of Emily and to the Jenkins family in loving memory of Brian. You can read more about Emily and Brian here.

VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are needed for the conference, both in-person and online. Due to the nature of the conference, we are asking that mental health professionals, master or doctoral level students and/or certified Peer Specialists apply. In-person volunteer positions may include being a room monitor for sessions, helping out in the Creative Corner or Grounding room, or assisting with registration.  In-person volunteers will pay a reduced rate to attend the conference. CEs will be available for a reduced cost. Online volunteers will facilitate the chat and chew discussion groups on both Saturday and Sunday. Registration is complimentary for our online volunteers. CEs will be available for an additional cost.

Please fill out the form below if you'd like to apply to volunteer at Healing Together 2026! Once your application is received, it will be reviewed, and you will be notified if you have been selected as a volunteer.  If you have any questions, please email volunteer@aninfinitemind.com

WHOVA APP
We will be using Whova again this year and the site will open for exploring and connecting about 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference. We encourage you to log in as soon as it becomes available so you have time to troubleshoot any issues before the conference starts.  This will also give you time to familiarize yourself with the Whova app and all the features it has to offer.  We are planning on making an easy tutorial video which we will share once it is ready.  We know it is an issue with the speaker's picture being so small when they have a PowerPoint presentation. We are actively seeking a solution for this but so far, nothing seems to be a feasible option.

ATTENDEE SAFETY
We continue to strive to be an inclusive and welcoming space for all of our attendees. We heard your feedback and have added a JEDI master who will be available to support your accessibility needs. We put together a resource to help with your travel to and around Orlando.  Please visit the safety tab at the top of this page for additional information. If you have any questions, please email Jennifer Napier at dei@aninfinitemind.com.

We also understand FL is not the greatest for our lgbtqia2s+ attendees.  We went back and forth with moving the conference.  Unfortunately budgetary reasons prevented us from finding a place suitable for our bees. We are determined to make our lgbtqia2s+  attendees feel as safe as possible. Please visit the safety tab at the top of this page.

OPEN NIGHT MIC
Now an annual tradition, open mic night is back. Thank you to Healing Selves Therapeutics and Grady Crumpler who have offered to organize and MC the event for us. Come prepared to show off your talents and cheer for your fellow attendees. Rumor has it there might even be some popcorn this year.  Performing not your thing? The game room will be open all weekend, so stop by anytime!

GAME NIGHT
New this year, Friday and Saturday post conference game night!  Bring your own or use ours. We know people love to connect after the conference hours so we wanted to provide a fun space to do it in. The game room will be open from 6-10PM Friday and Saturday night.

AIRPORT INFORMATION
The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO). We also have the Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) which is a little further away but is the hub for the low cost airline, Allegiant Airways.

HOTEL INFORMATION
An Infinite Mind has secured discounted room rates at the Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld. These rates are available 3 days pre/post conference. Click here for direct booking.  You can also make a reservation by calling and asking for the Healing Together Conference rate. Parking and resort fees are waived for all Healing Together attendees. Please note this hotel has rooms with outward facing doors which could be an issue for some attendees. You can ask for a tower room which has inside doors or seek an alternative place to stay.

We know some of the hotel rooms at the conference hotel were not up to par with expectations. Staying at the hotel is only an option and there are many other great options nearby.

We found some other locations that are close to the conference center and are higher quality. We do not have reserved rooms or rates at these locations.

Embassy Suites - 10 minute drive. Includes free breakfast.

Tru by Hilton - 2 minute drive, 10 minute walk. Includes free breakfast.

Aloft - 4 minute drive, 20 min walk.
