Gianu System
Bio
Jenna is a wife, a mom, an author, and she has dissociative identity disorder. She was 35 the first time she had an inkling that she wasn’t alone in her own mind. Through years of therapy, professional assessments, and formal diagnosis, Jenna and the system of alters (together known as the Gianu System) have dedicated themselves to education and advocacy. By combining lived experience with current psychological understanding, they work to reduce stigma and deepen public awareness of this often misunderstood disorder. She has been invited to speak at conferences and professional trainings both nationally and internationally, helping audiences cultivate greater understanding, compassion, and informed empathy around trauma and dissociation. Alongside this, she has been reading tarot professionally for over six years. While she strove to keep those two areas separate for a time, she’s now combining the wisdom gleaned from both to help people engage in shadow work and self-exploration.
