Monika Ostroff, LICSW, CEDS-S (Healing My Parts | she/they) Monika is a licensed clinical social worker, certified eating disorder specialist-supervisor, and member of a DID system publicly known as Healing My Parts. With 25+ years of experience in trauma and eating disorder care, she currently serves as Executive Director of the Multi-Service Eating Disorders Association (MEDA). Diagnosed with MPD in 1993, Monika built her clinical career while navigating life as a system in silence—until coming out publicly in 2024. Now blending lived experience with clinical leadership, she offers system-affirming education and survivor-centered tools through her platform, Healing My Parts. Her work has been featured on 60 Minutes, NPR, and national stages, and she’s passionate about shifting the narrative around dissociation, eating disorders, and what healing can truly look like.

With over a decade in sales experience, Greg honed his business skills in the world of high-end off premise catering, learning the ins and outs of operating a small business.
