Naomi Krajewski, LCSW
Bio
Naomi Krajewski, LCSW, is a Colorado-licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist specializing in dissociation, complex trauma, and trauma-related concerns. She also works with adults navigating relationship difficulties, LGBTQ+ identity and affirmation, family-of-origin issues, boundaries, self-worth, and significant life transitions.
Naomi takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach that incorporates somatic, cognitive, mindfulness-based, and schema-focused interventions. Her work with dissociation emphasizes safety, stabilization, increased awareness of internal experiences, and developing greater connection and cooperation among different aspects of the self. Treatment is paced collaboratively and tailored to each client's needs, goals, and capacity for processing difficult experiences.
Her clinical interests include complex and relational trauma, dissociative symptoms and disorders, LGBTQ+ concerns, family-of-origin dynamics, perfectionism, relationship patterns, boundary development, and major life transitions, including career change. Naomi is particularly interested in helping clients who feel disconnected from themselves, struggle to understand their internal experiences, or have developed coping strategies that once served an important protective function but may no longer be serving them.
Naomi's therapeutic approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and strengths-based. She views emotional and behavioral patterns as understandable adaptations to earlier experiences and helps clients develop greater self-understanding without shame. Her work focuses on strengthening emotional regulation, self-trust, internal communication, relational boundaries, and the ability to navigate life with greater choice and flexibility.
Naomi maintains a private psychotherapy practice in Colorado, providing individual therapy and specialized therapeutic programming for adults.
