Bio

Rachel Millner (she/her) is a psychologist and fat activist specializing in working with people with eating disorders, disordered eating and those wanting to heal their relationship with food and body. Rachel has been working with clients in her private practice for 20 years and also provides supervision and consultation to other professionals. Rachel is a fat activist and advocate for fat liberation. Rachel frequently speaks on topics related to eating disorders, fat positivity and the harms of anti-fat bias. Her work has appeared in many well-known publications and she has been a guest on many popular podcasts.
