Bio

Robin May (they/she) is a composer, educator, producer, and trumpeter based in Los Angeles. Having received both their Bachelor’s and Master’s in Composing for Visual Media from the Los Angeles College of Music, Robin has been scoring films and video games as well as composing music for the concert hall. Robin has recently been working on a trumpet concerto as well as a collaboration for a multimedia exhibit of compositional, performance, and visual art. Her research interests include music therapy and developments in music notation and performance.
