Bio
Sara Rice (she/they), M.A., LPC-S, is a licensed professional counselor, board-approved supervisor, and doctoral candidate in Traumatology. She is the proud wife of an Army veteran and mother to five children, ranging from college-aged to preschooler. Sara holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and specializes in working with individuals experiencing severe depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, substance use disorders, dissociative disorders, autism, PTSD, women’s issues, spiritual abuse, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. She is passionate about trauma-informed care, blending clinical expertise with authenticity and lived empathy. In her downtime, Sara enjoys historical documentaries, exploring how things are made, and binge-watching true crime and nostalgic pop culture content, yes, even documentaries about Blockbuster.
