Tricia Bartels
Bio
Tricia is a writer, storyteller, and advocate for trauma survivors. A mother of three and newly a grandmother, she has been married for 30 years and draws from her lived experience to support others in healing. She is the author of Adventure Tails (2020), a work inspired by her journey as a survivor of ritual abuse, Munchausen by proxy, and other complex traumas. Tricia lives with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), with a system comprising over 1,000 parts, many of them Littles. Her daily walks with her dog, Rosie, provide space for internal communication and creative expression. Grounded in deep spirituality, she practices daily gratitude and seeks to bring hope to those navigating similar paths.
