Anne Thompson, LPC

Bio

Anne Thompson, LPC (she/they), is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist in private practice in central Connecticut, specializing in complex trauma, dissociation, and sex therapy treatment. She provides consultation to other trauma therapists to build their clinical skills and confidence around sexuality, gender, and intimacy. She teaches adjunct at Antioch University’s School of Counseling, Psychology, and Therapy. Her default setting is authenticity, which shows up both in sessions and in the classroom with protective caring, creativity, puns, and a nerdy sense of humor.

Prior to entering the world of psychotherapy, her labor history includes letterpress printing & artist bookmaking. Music plays a significant role in her life, expressed primarily through playing wind instruments in community HONK! bands.
