Bio

Cara Boileau, MA, LMHC, CHt (she/her) is a therapist who believes you can't think your way out of something your body is still holding. At Eclipse Counseling, her private practice in Winter Park, FL, she helps people work through complex trauma, grief, and anxiety, with particular attention to how these live in the body and across parts of self, getting beneath the story to where it actually lives. Grief is more than a specialty for her. It's terrain she knows personally, and that knowing shapes how she walks it with others. Off the clock, you'll find her writing poetry, thrifting, buried in a book, or lost in an art project while her houseplants supervise. She helped run the Creative Corner at Healing Together in 2020 and is honored to be back.
